- 100 gr Bulgur soaked in fresh water just to coat it, leave for 10-15minutes.
- 2 pieces of fresh turmeric, chopped
- 2 Tomatoes chopped,
- 1 lemon chopped,
- Mint chopped, (to taste)
- Basil chopped, (to taste)
- Parsley chopped, (to taste)
- Pomegranate sauce, (to taste)
- Olive oil, (to taste)
- Salt. (to taste)
Then mix everything with bulgur.
Serve on lettuce leaves.
