Using bone cement and 3D Printer

I am thinking of using bone cement and 3D printer together. 3D printer can be used to make a model or cast of any bone. I am not sure whether making a model or cast is better. Here is the first scenraio I think about.

A. Print a bone model in plastic (PLA/ABS).
B. Make a silicone mold of 3D printed bone.
C. Use the mold to shape bone cement.






Second scenario is directly printing the mold with NinjaFlex and filling it with bone cement.
