Material research for next generation breast implants should aim at radiolucency and unleakability.
This means some kind of soft semisolid natural or synthetic fat that does not flow when the material is cut. Fats are radiolucent on mammograms and does not interfere with tumour visualisation.
The material should not leak when the implant capsule is broken.
