I made, Turmeric, Balgur Salad


  • 100 gr Bulgur soaked in fresh water just to coat it, leave for 10-15minutes.
  • 2 pieces of fresh turmeric, chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes chopped,
  • 1 lemon chopped,
  • Mint chopped, (to taste)
  • Basil chopped, (to taste)
  • Parsley chopped, (to taste)
  • Pomegranate sauce, (to taste)
  • Olive oil, (to taste)
  • Salt. (to taste)
I used a mixer/blender to chop all ingredients.

Then mix everything with bulgur.

Serve on lettuce leaves.
